Hypertension _The silent killer 


hypertension

the normal blood pressure is up to 140/90 ,if one or both readings is above these its then may be  considered hypertension 
there is no symptoms or signs of hypertension but it causes so many complications on man health so it is called silent killer

Causes of hypertension

Age

prevalence of hypertension increases with age it is higher in people more than 60

Race

African-american adults are with higher risk than white Hispanic-americans

Obesity 

specially abdominal obesity 

Sex

men are more vulnerable at younger age but women are at risk in older age 

Life style 

a life of low physical activity .high alcohol .and high salt in food causes man at higher risk of hypertension 

Other risk factors

family history,uncontrolled stress ,and some drugs side effects


all above mentioned risk factors make man more vulnerable to HYPERTENSION
