Having extra weight is a big problem for all of us ,you keep searching for solutions and asking everyone .
so they of course tell you that you should stop eating and restrict your diet completely but is this true ? of course not ..I tell you and not only me but also all new papers tell you to eat more but less
How could that?
Yes dear you should eat more times but less quantity each time to increase your metabolic rate
with some exercise even for 10 minutes every day you will be fine
so dear forget about sever diet restriction
forget about food deprivation
forget all the old misconceptions
