Obesity prevention and treatment:



Obesity prevention program that relies on three main elements:
1. diet low in calories.
2. follow proper food habits or practices.
3. Exercise.
1. diet: It is the first step to control the weight, by eating a balanced diet
And the distribution of calories as follows:
• Carbohydrates 60%
• Protein 10-20%
• 20-30% fat
** Reducing 500 calories per day increase or obtained less than a daily requirement
    The weight decreases 2/1 kg.
Follow these steps when starting a low-calorie regime:
• mitigation gradually and at a rate of half to one kg per week, and by taking a diet program that has fewer calories than the daily intake by about 500 to 1,000 calories per day.
• Organize amounts and times of food, preferably three meals distributed eat during the day and do not miss one of them, because that makes fast food more tempting to eat.
• Eat slowly chewing the morsel well, so that takes food as long as possible so that the feeling of satiety eating less possible quantity of food.
• snack with fewer calories when you feel hungry, such as vegetables and fruits, fresh juices and tomato juice.
• chose your food from basic to get all the nutrients needed by the body such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and dietary groups.
Follow the dietary habits and good practices:
• accustom children useful food intake, and not a lot of energy-rich foods (chips, chocolate, sugars)
• Reduce fatty foods and sweets.
• promote breastfeeding until the child reaches two years of age.
• Eat regular meals with the need to eat breakfast, do not eat large meals per meal.
 Exercise:
(Such as walking, jogging and swimming) where help get rid of excess weight, and strengthens the heart muscle and blood circulation and help in getting rid of stress.
Increasing physical activity.
Walking to nearby places instead of taking the car.
Taking the stairs instead of using the elevator.
Some foods that increase the burning process:
SQUASH - eggplant - cauliflower - cabbage
Apple - pineapple - lemon - grapefruit
Green tea - ginger - latency - mint - Cinnamon
